What does the unique ridecount show?

The 'unique ridecount' section on the 'my ridecount' dashboard shows how many unique rides of each category you have rode.

So, for example, if you have rode 10 different rollercoasters 30 times, it will show that you've rode 10 unique rollercoasters - rather than how many times you've actually rode them.
